Barcelona are now beginning to look forward to the summer, now that their managerial situation has been sorted. The idea is for the club to return to La Liga’s 1:1 rule before the transfer window opens, but in order for that to be the case, sales will be required.

One area that Barcelona will look to for possible departures is in attack. According to Sport, only Lamine Yamal is assured of a place in Xavi’s squad for next season, with the rest facing the possibility of a summer exit.

This includes Raphinha, who despite having had an excellent few months, will be allowed to leave, although Barcelona would only agree a deal if an offer in excess of €80m arrives. Clubs in the Premier League and Saudi Arabia are sure to be alerted to his situation. Furthermore, Ferran Torres could also be moved on, but it would also take a very large fee.

Joao Felix will return to Atletico Madrid, and securing another loan deal is not currently a priority for Barcelona. Vitor Roque and Marc Guiu could leave on their own loans, although the latter is keen to stay in the first team circle.

The final player that could be sold is Robert Lewandowski, although Barcelona are aware that any sale would be extremely difficult, given that the Pole has no intention of parting before his contract comes to an end – his agent also won’t be much help.
