Barcelona ‘very serious’ about signing of Fiorentina star | OneFootball

The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona are expressing a serious interest in the signing of Fiorentina star Moise Kean.

That’s according to Diario Sport, citing Italian outlet Tuttosport, who have on Monday provided an insight into the situation.

Frontman Kean is for his part in the midst of what has been a stellar individual campaign.

Picked up by Fiorentina after another disappointing season on the books of Juventus, the Italian international has looked a player reborn.

All told, in 39 appearances across all competitions, Kean has racked up 23 goals, and three assists.

And such fine form, it would appear, has not gone unnoticed across the continent.

As per Sport, amid their ongoing search for reinforcements in the attacking third, Barcelona have earmarked Kean as a genuine target:

‘According to ‘Tuttosport’, Barça are “very serious” about Moise Kean.’

The former Everton and Paris Saint-Germain attacker’s contract in Florence is understood to contain a release clause of €50 million, albeit with it unclear whether or not Deco and co. would be willing to part with such a considerable sum to secure his services.
