Barcelona urge Abde to snub Morocco call

Barcelona are fighting to keep hold of Abdessamad Ezzalzouli over the New Year.

The teenage winger is in contact with Morocco coach Vahid Halilhodzic, who wants him for the African Cup of Nations.

Abde also qualifies for Spain, but favours committing to Morocco.

However, Radio Cataluyna says Barca are reluctant to lose Abde during January with so many major fixtures ahead of them.

Barca meet Real Madrid in the semifinal of the Spanish Super Copa on January 12.
