Barcelona rolled back the years in the first half of their Champions League opener with Royal Antwerp.
The Spanish champions raced into a three-goal lead in Tuesday’s Group H curtain-raiser Montjuïc’s Olympic Stadium starting with João Félix’s sweeping finish.
But the build-up play from Xavi’s side was just as impressive as the Portugal international’s strike with a series of neat one-touch passes to help tee him up.
Félix also continued his impressive streak for the Blaugrana with a second goal in as many games at the start of his loan from Atlético de Madrid.
The forward also assisted Robert Lewandowski for the hosts’ second before Jelle Bataille turned the ball into his own net from Raphinha’s cross.
Those three goals in 11 minutes were followed by a further two after the interval, with Gavi scoring while Félix adding another.
It’s official – tiki-taka has gone back to the future!
