Barcelona are threatening Chelsea's plans to sign Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.

Having failed to reach terms with Sevilla last August for Kounde, Chelsea are back at the negotiating table this summer.

The Blues have been regarded as favourites to sign the France international, but Barca have now made their move.

While they cannot compete with Chelsea's spending power, Barca are willing to discuss a multi-player swap with Sevilla.

Francisco Trincao and Sergino Dest are among players Barca are prepared to send to Sevilla in exchange for Kounde.
