Earlier today, FC Barcelona announced the squad list for their upcoming UEFA Champions League clash against Newcastle United.
As expected, Lamine Yamal has not made it back in time for the trip to England, as he continues to recover from pubic discomfort.
It leaves a gaping hole in the attacking unit for Barcelona, given the influence and impact that Lamine has on matches. But, against Valencia, the Blaugrana showed they can still be an unstoppable attacking unit.
Against Valencia, it was new signing Roony Bardghji who started in place of Lamine, making his official debut for Barcelona.
However, according to SPORT, Hansi Flick is likely to shake things up against Newcastle and leave the 19-year-old winger out of the starting XI tomorrow.
Bardghji lived out his dream by featuring from the start vs Valencia. He linked up well and showed flashes of promise, but lacked the spark to unsettle defenders.

But given the high demands of a European night and a tough place like St. James’ Park, it looks unlikely that Bardghji will retain his starting place.
Flick opted to replace the Swede at half-time vs Valencia with Raphinha. And, as things stand, it will be the Brazilian international who will start on the right flank against Newcastle.
Meanwhile, Bardghji’s fellow summer arrival, Marcus Rashford, will occupy the left flank, much like he did over the weekend.
The England international impressed at the Estadi Johan Cruyff, looking sharp and direct, even picking up an assist. A return to his homeland for such an occasion adds extra motivation.
As for the No. 9 slot, Robert Lewandowski is pushing to replace Ferran Torres, who has started all four games this season, leaving Flick with a dilemma.
