Barcelona star responds to Liverpool links | OneFootball

A headline member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has on Friday provided his response to speculation linking him with a move to England, with Liverpool.

The player in question? Alejandro Balde.

Left-back Balde is for his part of course in the midst of a lengthy injury recovery process.

Despite as much, though, speculation in the media over recent months has linked the Spanish international with a potential summer transfer.

One club tipped as a potential landing spot, meanwhile, have been the aforementioned Liverpool.

During a Q&A session for The Residency on Friday, the subject of his links with the Merseyside outfit, in turn, were put to Balde himself.

The 20-year-old, though made use of the opportunity to shut as much down in their tracks.

This comes with Balde having made crystal clear that his sole focus remains on matters in Catalunya’s capital.
