Barcelona star confirms plans to stay at the club ‘for all my life’ | OneFootball

Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has this week reiterated his intention to spend the remainder of his playing days on the books of the Blaugrana.

Lamine, for his part, is of course now considered one of the first names on the teamsheet in Catalunya’s capital.

Since exploding onto the Barcelona first-team picture at the age of just 16 last season, the prodigious winger has gone from strength to strength.

Across 13 appearances in all competitions in 2024/25, Lamine has directly contributed to 12 goals, courtesy of five goals and seven assists.

Such endeavours, at such a tender age, have already firmly endeared the Spanish international to the Blaugrana faithful, who have long been increasingly vocal in their opinions that a legend is in the making at the Camp Nou.

Such supporters, in turn, will no doubt be thrilled to learn of Lamine’s latest comments regarding his future.

Speaking during an interview with Barca’s official website late this week, the attacker revealed his intention to stay put ‘for all my life’:

“Barcelona is the club of my life. I am what I am today because of Barcelona. I hope to succeed here and stay here for all my life.”
