Barcelona slash Umtiti price to amazing new low

Barcelona have slashed their asking price for defender Samuel Umtiti.

AS says Barca are now willing to sell the France World Cup winner for as little as €10m this month.

The 27 year-old has been on the transfer-list since the end of last season, but no concrete offers have arrived.

Former club Lyon expressed interest, but negotiations failed to progress beyond an initial enquiry.

Umtiti's chronic knee problems have frightened off suitors, though there is some hope of Nice firming up their interest in the coming days.
