Barcelona secure Raúl Dacosta signing | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have on Friday announced a fresh addition to the club’s attacking ranks.

The player to have put pen to paper on terms with the Blaugrana for next season? Raúl Dacosta.

Dacosta, for his part, is a 22-year-old attacker, described as ‘a vertical right-footed winger who is skilled with the ball at his feet’.

The Spaniard spent this past season lining out for SD Ponferradina, in the Primera Federación.

And his haul of three goals and six assists from the right flank evidently proved enough to convince the board at the aforementioned Barcelona of Dacosta’s talents.

In turn, after negotiations were recently kicked into gear between the parties, the Catalans, on Friday, have confirmed the signing of the youngster.

As per a statement across Barca Atlètic’s website and social media platforms:

‘FC Barcelona and SD Ponferradina have reached an agreement for the transfer of Raúl Dacosta. The attacker joins Barça Atlètic and will sign a contract for the next two seasons, remaining tied to the Club until June 30, 2026.’
