📸 Barcelona release special edition shirt to honour Andrés Iniesta

Barcelona have released special edition shirts as tribute to Andrés Iniesta, who will leave the club at the end of the season.

The newly designed kit features Iniesta’s number eight flipped on it’s side to mirror the symbol for infinity.

It is understood that the sign is intended to reflect the legacy the legendary midfielder will leave at the club.

Iniesta will depart his boyhood club this summer after making over 400 league appearances and tallying up an astonishing 31 trophies.

“I must make a decision that is one of the most important that I will have ever taken,” he told reporters when asked about his future.

“Next week I hope to give an answer and focus on the World Cup.”
