Barcelona & Real Madrid set sights on Junior Kroupi | OneFootball

The respective transfer teams at La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have identified Lorient talent Junior Kroupi as a potential future signing.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have on Saturday provided an insight into the situation.

Kroupi, for those not familiar with his name, is an 18-year-old forward, who has spent the early weeks of the new season making a name for himself in his home country of France.

Across eight appearances in Ligue 2 to date, the youngster has racked up four goals, thoroughly impressing along the way.

Such endeavours have not gone at all unnoticed across the continent, with a number of leading clubs already understood to be sniffing around Kroupi’s signature.

And, as alluded to above, two such sides come from Spain, in the form of La Liga heavyweights Barcelona and Real Madrid.

As per Sport:

‘Barcelona and Real Madrid are closely monitoring the progress of Kroupi, who is already considered by many to be one of the brightest prospects in French football.’
