Barcelona provide upsetting Ansu Fati injury update

Barcelona have confirmed that Ansu Fati will be out for four months following successful surgery on a meniscus injury.
The 18-year-old sustained the injury during Barça’s 5-2 victory over Real Betis on Saturday and underwent surgery on Monday.
“The first team player Ansu Fati has been operated on successfully by Dr. Ramon Cugat for the injury to the internal meniscus of his left knee under the supervision of the Club’s medical staff,” read a statement released via the club’s official website.
“The player will be out for approximately four months.”
Fati has so far made 43 senior appearances for Barcelona, scoring 13 goals.
