Pau Victor is expected to leave FC Barcelona in the coming days, with there being no place for him in Hansi Flick’s plans, especially following the arrival of Marcus Rashford.

The 23-year-old forward joined the Catalans permanently last summer and made a big impression in pre-season, but found minutes hard to come by during the campaign.

Now, with Rashford also added to the squad, he drops another peg lower on the pecking order and is expected to move on soon.

SC Braga appeals to Pau Victor

Now, according to Jijantes FC, SC Braga are interested in signing Pau Victor from Barcelona this summer, and the forward looks at the proposal from the Portuguese club favourably.

This comes on the back of reports that the Spaniard will not be travelling with the Barça squad to Asia for the pre-season tour.

Indeed, the Blaugrana plan to leave Victor and Oriol Romeu behind in Barcelona to help them resolve their futures at the earliest possible.

And, Victor seems to be leaning towards the proposal that he has from SC Braga at the moment.

Valencia, for one, have also shown an interest in the attacker but would only consider a loan move for him.

However, Barcelona are seeking a permanent transfer. and are reportedly seeking a fee of around €10 million, which would potentially rule Los Che out of contention for Victor’s signing.

Only time will tell where the former Girona talent ends up in the coming weeks as the player and Barcelona search for a way out.
