Barcelona are reviving their long-term interest in Lazio defender Luiz Felipe.
TMW says the Catalans are interested in signing Luiz Felipe this summer, but would be prepared to wait until 2022 when his contract with Lazio expires.
Just last week, Luiz Felipe's agent, Stefano Castagna, was in Barcelona for talks, where he was informed of their interest in his client.
And it was also relayed that Barca would be willing to wait until next year to bring the player to Spain.
Lazio, meanwhile, are offering Luiz Felipe €2m-a-year to re-sign.
The 24 year-old was brought to Europe by Lazio in 2016 after being spotted and scouted when turning out for FC Ituano. After a spell on-loan with Salernitana, Luiz Felipe soon established himself as a first-choice at the back for Lazio.
Not yet capped by Brazil, Luiz Felipe rejected a call from former Italy U21 coach Gigi di Biagio in order to stay free for his home nation.
This season, the stopper has managed 14 appearances for Lazio, scoring once.
