FC Barcelona are often times more than willing to let their youth take over if they prove themselves to be worthy. Many young names have found their best versions under the tutelage of Xavi Hernandez for exactly this reason. However, it is also true that not every youngster rises to the same heights at Barcelona.

Some of them even have to change their environment in order to find a side more willing to let them have time out on the field. While Barcelona aims to select the best of the best that their homegrown talents and even foreign ones have to offer, not everyone gets the same opportunities.

One such name that did not get to show his best qualities to Barcelona was that of Pablo Torre. The 21-year-old midfield is still contracted to Barça, but is playing his football for Girona on loan. However, even though he is expected to return to the club in the summer, his future looks to be away from the club.

According to SPORT, Barcelona is currently looking to offload Torre as soon as he returns to the club. The former Racing Santander player may have gained a degree of prominence within Girona in recent games, but that is still not enough to convince Barcelona to make him one of their absolutes for next season.

The likes of Pedri, Gavi, Fermin Lopez, Ilkay Gundogan, Frenkie De Jong, and Sergi Roberto are the names currently seen by Barça as possible guarantees in the midfield next season, along with the potential arrival of Guido Rodriguez as well as some other pivot if Barcelona goes for that signing.

Torre, on the other hand, may be sold to another side in La Liga. However, Barcelona are certain that they want to include a repurchase option within whatever kind of exit door they end up showing to the 21-year-old, and they may even be open to letting him leave on a loan deal if that situation arises.

As of right now, according to the report, several teams in Spain are following his progression. Interested clubs include the likes of Valencia, Villarreal, Mallorca, Real Betis, Real Sociedad, and even Girona themselves. All of these sides may be willing to negotiate with Barcelona over a potential exit for young Pablo Torre, but only time will tell what advancements are eventually made.
