La Liga giants Barcelona have on Wednesday been credited with an interest in another member of the attacking ranks at Manchester United.
For those who may have missed it, a mere 24 hours ago, Barcelona were tipped to launch a move for Red Devils star Marcus Rashford.
The England international’s is a name which is understood to have been directly pushed by new Blaugrana boss Hansi Flick to the Camp Nou brass, as one which could make a difference in his squad.
And now, as alluded to above, a 2nd member of Erik ten Hag’s Man United squad has too seen his name linked with that of Barcelona.
Amid their ongoing search for reinforcements on the left wing, the Catalans are now understood to have turned attentions towards Jadon Sancho.
As per a report from Diario Sport:
‘The option of the versatile English footballer is on the table of Barça sporting director Deco.’
Manchester United are eager to offload Sancho on a permanent basis, but, amid a concerning lack of offers, the belief is beginning to spread that the 24-year-old could be lured away from Old Trafford on a fresh loan.
His considerable wages would mark a potential problem point for Barcelona, but it is nevertheless concluded that Deco and his transfer team are ‘keeping an eye on the situation’ ahead of the close of the transfer window.
