Barcelona are in talks with Manchester City over a move for Ferran Torres, according to journalist Gerard Romero.
The two clubs are currently negotiating a way to work out a deal for the Spain international. Head coach Xavi has already given the go-ahead to the La Liga club to make the signing.

MARCA report that an agreement with the player has been reached and all that remains is for Barça to reach a deal with Man City. Barça have promised the young forward that he will play an important role at the club.
Torres, 21, joined City from Valencia for €23 million in 2020.
