Barcelona came from two goals down to defeat Wolfsburg 3-2 in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final at PSV Eindhoven.

Ewa Pajor fired Wolfsburg into a third-minute lead from 20 yards out, despite the efforts of keeperSandra Panos.

Irene Paredes might have levelled with a far-post header, Caroline Graham Hansen had a more difficult chance right in front of goal.

Wolfsburg doubled their advantage in the last ten minutes of the first half, Alexandra Popp heading home Pajor’s perfect cross.

Merle Frohms just did enough to deny Salma Paralluelo a reply in first-half stoppage-time.

However, Wolfsburg’s lead was wiped out within five minutes of the restart, Patricia Guijarro turning in crosses from Graham Hansen and Aitana Bonmati.

Barca went ahead with 20 minutes left, Fridolina Rolfo with the finish after Wolfsburg failed to clear.

Panos saved Pauline Bremer’s header as the final whistle was blown.
