Barcelona started their LaLiga clash with Granada looking to move to within a point of league leaders Real Madrid.
But their start didn’t exactly go to plan.
Xavi’s side fell behind to Bryan Zaragoza’s opener for the hosts after just 16 seconds.
Gavi lost the ball in midfield, which led to a Granada break where Zaragoza was played through on goal before striking low underneath Marc-Andre Ter Stegen’s arms from just inside the box.
It is the earliest goal scored in LaLiga in four years, a feat held by Real Sociedad’s Juanmi Jiménez, who netted against Eibar after 12 seconds.
It also happens to be the earliest goal Barcelona have conceded in the league in the 21st century, eclipsing a Karim Benzema goal against them in 2011 which was bagged after 21 seconds.
