Barcelona economic vice-president Eduard Romeu says they're getting their finances on track.
Romeu says Barca will soon be able to compete at the top end of the transfer market.

He said, "The present and the future is largely in our hands. We took the reins back in March, and in six months we have done a tremendous amount of work to improve the situation structurally.
"We have to keep working, but our intention is to get back to a competitive level as soon as possible. We have to bring the club's payroll and expenses into line in order to be able to return to the world of transfers and fight on an equal footing with the best European clubs."
