Barcelona are confident Lionel Messi will be fit for the Champions League quarterfinal.
Last night, the captain was flattened by Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly and he stayed down for some time, receiving treatment before Luis Suarez took and scored the resulting penalty.
But Messi, fortunately, isn't seriously injured, according to sources at Barcelona, says Marca.
He took a blow to his left foot that is now inflamed, but there are no planned medical tests and it's thought that applying ice and basic care will be enough to reduce the swelling.
As a result, Messi's involvement against Bayern Munich isn't in any doubt.
