Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman admits he wants more from Miralem Pjanic.

Koeman hooked Pjanic at halftime of last night's victory over Elche.

He later explained: "He has to improve the rhythm of the ball, know his position. If you change a player, it seems that they are to blame for a bad first half, but they are not. The others did not use the game rhythm either. We left Leo at '10' and opened the field with Dembélé to gain depth. That's why the change was made.

"He (Pjanic) was unhappy with our game rhythm, with our ball play. It has been a bit slow. The defence was far behind when losing the ball, leaving spaces, without being very close. We were better in the second half."
