Barcelona and Morata not giving up on Juventus deal
Tribal Football
Barcelona haven't dropped their pursuit of Juventus striker Alvaro Morata this month.
On-loan at Juve from Atletico Madrid, Morata is keen on a move to Barca, knowing the Catalans are keen.
For the moment, the deal has stalled with Juve coach Max Allegri insisting Morata must not be allowed to leave.
Sport, however, reports despite Allegri's stand, Morata hasn't changed his opinion and has agreed personal terms with Barca. The Catalans also have settled on a fee with Atletico.
The obstacle is Juve, which not only would need to find a replacement for the Spaniard, but also must sign cover for Fede Chiesa, who is out for the season with a knee injury.
But with still time in the winter market to run, Barca aren't dropping their plans just yet.
