Barcelona are gearing up for their clash against Celta Vigo, and according to SPORT, the 19-year-old Barça Atletic midfielders Unai Hernandez and Noah Darvich are expected to be part of the travelling squad.
During his short time at the club, Hansi Flick has demonstrated a keen eye for recognising and nurturing talent within Barça Atletic.
Under his leadership, five academy players have already made their first-team debuts this season, including Andres Cuenca, Bernal, Sergi Dominguez, Gerard Martin, and Pau Victor.
Flick has not hesitated to rely on inexperienced players, showcasing his belief in their abilities. For instance, Marc Casado and Marc Bernal have already stepped onto the pitch for the senior team, proving their worth.
This week, Flick invited several academy players—Alvaro Cortes, Unai Hernandez, Noah Darvich, Aleix Garrido, and David Oduro—for training with the senior squad.
As quoted by the outlet, Hernandez is expected to join the first team for another session on Friday, with the possibility of making the squad for Saturday’s match.

Barcelona’s attacking options are currently limited due to the absence of Ansu Fati, Lamine Yamal, and Ferran Torres.
This situation increases Hernandez’s chances of being included in the squad. Alongside him, Darvich is also a strong contender for selection.
Despite not debuting last season under Xavi, Hernandez gained valuable experience being part of multiple call-ups. Now, at 19, he has established himself as a key player for Barça Atletic.
His versatility allows him to play as a winger, midfielder, or inside forward, making him an asset for the team.
While Lewandowski and Raphinha are expected to lead the attack against Celta, the left flank might feature either Dani Olmo or Fermin Lopez.
Hernandez and Darvich, both showing promise in recent training sessions, could make their mark in this match. Darvich, in particular, has been gaining attention for his contributions on the right wing.
