According to Rik Elfrink, PSV will be without four crucial players against Heracles Almelo on Saturday. Head coach Peter Bosz will have to make do without Noa Lang for yet another match. The 24-year-old winger, who joined PSV from Club Brugge in the summer, suffered a hamstring injury in his side’s clash with Sparta Rotterdam. He’s been unavailable for PSV’s last three matches.

Armando Obispo and Mauro Júnior are still unavailable. Obispo has been out of action since March due to a knee injury, and Mauro Júnior has had a similar issue, missing months due to injury. During his press conference on Friday, Peter Bosz said Obispo and Mauro Júnior are not yet there, Armel Bella-Kotchap has had surgery and will be out for a while. Noa Lang is training by himself but not yet with the group.’

Southampton loanee, Armel Bella-Kotchap is also unavailable. The German defender has undergone shoulder surgery following an injury that he suffered during the game against Sparta Rotterdam. The good news for PSV is that French defender Olivier Boscagli will be present on Saturday. Last season he announced that he would not play on artificial grass, which is used in several stadiums in the Netherlands including Erve Asito, the home of Heracles. Boscagli, who has a history of knee injuries, will be available on Saturday.

PSV are currently top of the Eredivisie table having experienced a 100% start under Peter Bosz. They’ve won all ten of their league matches so far this season, and they’ll be looking to continue their incredible streak against Heracles.
