‘Awful, Woeful’: Some Liverpool fans were not impressed with Red after Brentford clash | OneFootball

Liverpool winger Sadio Mane started against Brentford at the Community Stadium last weekend.

However, the Senegal international failed to impress some of the Anfield faithful in the aforementioned Premier League fixture.

As you can see below, some Liverpool supporters took to Twitter to question Mane’s recent form.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

Mane did not score or register an assist during Liverpool’s 3-3 draw with Brentford. However, the winger was far from terrible against the Bees.

Mane secured a WhoScored player rating of 6.99 for his 90-minute performance against Brentford.

In terms of Mane’s form this season, we believe that he has performed reasonably well.

The Senegal international has scored three goals in seven appearances.

In terms of the future, we believe that Mane still has plenty to offer Jurgen Klopp’s side. The forward is only 29 years of age, so his career is far from finished.

Mane has been a superb player for Liverpool over the years. The club’s No.10 has found the back of the net 100 times in 225 appearances. We aren’t prepared to write Mane off just yet.
