Atlético Madrid confirm two players have COVID but no more cases

Atlético Madrid have confirmed negative coronavirus tests for the remainder of their staff and playing squad.

Two cases were confirmed by the club on Sunday evening and Monday’s statements confirm Ángel Correa and Sime Vrsaljko were the players in question.

However, the rest of those who travelled to Lisbon for the Champions League have now returned negative tests.
