Tuesday’s reports confirm that Atalanta are aware of Ademola Lookman’s whereabouts, despite his not having reported for training for a full week, while Inter are still waiting for a signal from La Dea to make the next move in negotiations.
Lookman has failed to report for Atalanta training since August 5 in response to a bid from Inter being turned down, against the player’s will.
The Nigeria international reportedly has an agreement in principle on personal terms with Inter, but the Nerazzurri have not yet been able to convince Atalanta into selling. La Dea are convinced that they do not want to sell the 27-year-old to a direct league rival.

As reported on Monday night, Lookman has been back in London, his home, over the last week after seeing Inter’s bid of €45m including bonuses turned down by Atalanta.
According to Corriere dello Sport, La Dea are aware of the player’s whereabouts. Tuesday’s reports claims that Lookman has been in training, but that he is training with the intention of joining Inter.

Corriere dello Sport writes that Inter are waiting for a signal from Atalanta to make the next move. Specifically, the Nerazzurri are waiting to hear back with an updated price tag from Atalanta.
Despite reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport on Monday claiming that Inter were ready to throw in the towel in their Lookman pursuit, multiple other outlets, including Corriere dello Sport, claim that the reigning African Player of the Year is still the no.1 target this transfer window.
