Louay Trayi
At just 18 years of age, young Tunisian Louay Trayi has become the most sought-after attacking midfielder in his home country of Tunisia, a player who caught the eye at Naldi, the former US Monastir trainer. He impressed everyone with his technical ability, technical maturity, spirit and tactical vision.
Today, the news indicates that Trayi is attracting interest from several Arab clubs, especially from the Arabian Gulf and one of the clubs that have shown a clear and open interest in the player, UAE's Al Wahda Club, is the only one to make a real financial offer to sign the player, as revealed by some informed press reports.
Although Al Wahda was the only club to make a real financial offer to sign the player, the management of US Monastir considered the financial offer to be modest given the player's age and technical abilities,
Interestingly, as revealed by reports from Foot africa, the UAE club is also considering a broader plan on the international front, with Al Wahda wanting to naturalise the player and obtain UAE citizenship at the international level. So far, Louay Traïli has not made any official decision. The Tunisian Football Federation is closely monitoring the situation, well aware of the potential of this promising player. They may even fast-track his integration into the national team to secure his future with the Tunisian squad.
Traïli, who plays as an attacking midfielder, has already featured in several league matches this season for Union Monastir, living up to the high expectations placed on him. His market value, currently estimated at €450,000, continues to rise. The coming months are expected to be filled with anticipation regarding his next career move.
