Aston Villa have confirmed the departure of forward Bertrand Traoré who joins Istanbul Başakşehir on a season-long loan.
Traoré has found first team opportunities hard to come by under Steven Gerrard with the 26-year-old having failed to feature at all this term.

As such the Burkina Faso international has been sent out to the Turkish side for the remainder of the campaign.
