England international missed FA Cup win over Tottenham
Aston Villa welcome back Ollie Watkins for their Premier League clash with Ipswich this afternoon.
Unai Emery’s side responded well to their defeat to Wolves last time out in the League, as Villa beat Tottenham 2-1 to knock Spurs out of the FA Cup.
Watkins missed the Spurs game due to an injury sustained against Wolves but returns to start here.
The striker has scored 11 goals this season and attracted interest during the January transfer window, as Arsenal made a failed bid to sign Watkins.
January signings Marcus Rashford and Marco Asensio are on the bench, but Axel Disasi starts at centre-back to make his premier League debut for the club.
Pau Torres is a long-term absentee and Matty Cash joins him on the sidelines, along with Ross Barkley and Amadou Onana.
