Aston Villa Women secure permanent signing of Miri Taylor

Miri Taylor is back with Aston Villa on a two-year deal, following last season’s loan spell from Liverpool.

The 24-year-old midfielder, who made eight appearances after joining on loan in January, is now under contract to Villa until summer 2026, with the option of a further year.

Lee Billiard, Head of Women’s Football told avfc.co.uk: “Miri had a good loan spell with us last season and she showed her capabilities both in matches and on the training pitch.

“Miri is a great person to have around the building and we have no doubt she will continue to develop within our environment and play an important role within the squad.”
