Aston Villa haven't dropped their pursuit of Olympique Marseille midfielder Morgan Sanson.
The playmaker is up for sale at OM and has already attracted a first bid from Villa this week - which was described as "pathetic" by coach Andre Villas-Boas.
Local pundit Nabil Djellit, of France Football, has revealed Villa will present an improved offer, including staggered bonuses.
The amount of the proposal would be around €11m plus €5m in bonuses.
It remains to be seen whether this will be enough to convince OM to let the player go.
