The 30-year-old provided 50 percent of her side's goals in their sixth win of the season, which puts them in fifth place in the table on 20 points.
According to FotMob, Nobbs had 100 percent shot accuracy, meaning every registered shot on target found the back of the net.
She also created two further goal-scoring chances and made six recoveries.
Nobbs' hat-trick was an occasion celebrated by those who have followed her journey back to the top since she tore her ACL back in 2018.
As a result, she missed the World Cup and went on to suffer even further injury problems after her recovery. She has also found England international call-ups few and far between.
Nobbs opted for a move away from Arsenal during the January transfer window, marking an emotional end to a 13-year tenure with the Gunners.
However, with more opportunities on the pitch and producing a masterclass performance against Brighton, Nobbs is pleading her case to be included in Sarina Wiegman's World Cup squad this summer.
Plenty of other Villa players also set the pitch alight against Brighton.
Kirsty Hanson in particular put in an astonishingly creative shift, notching a goal and three assists. The Scotland international also created the most chances, won the most duels, and completed the most dribbles in the match.
French playmaker Kenza Dali also supplied Villa with three assists towards their hefty six-goal margin. Between Dali and Hanson, all the afternoon's assists came from their boots.
After Nobbs' hat-trick, Hanson, Rachel Daly, and Lucy Staniforth rounded off the scoring to put a comfortable Villa win to bed.
Despite Ella Toone's sending off against Spurs, Manchester United were able to hold on to a 2-1 win to reclaim their spot at the top of the WSL table.
The Lioness was shown red following an incident with Eveliina Summanen, meaning she will miss three games for the Reds, including their away clash against Chelsea next month.
Manchester City dealt Arsenal a big blow in their title contention after beating them 2-1 at home.
City are currently third in the WSL table, three points behind league leaders and rivals United.
At the bottom of the table, Leicester could be on for the mother of all comebacks after they beat Liverpool 1-0 to bank three crucial points.
The Foxes are now just one point behind Reading with a game in-hand as they continue to fight for their survival before the end of the season.
