Real Madrid welcomed Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to grab all three points at home in La Liga. Los Blancos made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Marco Asensio finally scored the opening goal in the 70th minute as the contest finished 1-0 in favour of Carlo Ancelotti’s men.
Let’s take a look at how each Real Madrid player performed during the match against Getafe.
GK: Thibaut Courtois – 7/10
The Belgian keeper made a couple of solid saves at the back and earned an important clean sheet at the Bernabeu.
RB: Lucas Vazquez – 7.5/10
He hardly had to do any defending and was a constant menace in the opponent’s half.
CB: Eder Militao – 7.5/10
Militao gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field and was good on the ball as well.
CB: Nacho – 7/10
He didn’t do much wrong at the back and was accurate with his passing.
