RMC Sport confirm Portuguese reporting that AS Monaco have struck a deal with Benfica to sign 21-year-old defensive midfielder Florentino Luis in an initial loan.
It is currently unclear whether or not there is an option to buy included in the agreement, but the loan will cost ASM €1.5m for the season.

Luis is expected to arrive in the Principality in the coming hours to undergo a medical.
