AS Monaco to face Coventry, Nottingham and Arminia Bielefeld in preseason

As part of their summer preseason, Adi Hütter's Rouge et Blanc will face Coventry City FC (July 16), Nottingham Forest (July 19) and Arminia Bielefeld (July 26).
After playing their first summer preseason match behind closed doors against Cercle Bruges this Friday at the Performance Center, the men of Adi Hütter will then head to England, as they did two seasons ago, for a preseason training camp.
Indeed, the Rouge et Blanc will be at St. George’s Park, the national football center and home of the Three Lions, from July 13th to 19th. There, they will play another friendly match against Coventry City (EFL Championship) on July 16th at 6 p.m. (French time), for the first time between the two teams.
Nottingham Forest on July 19
Three days later, the Principality’s players will face another English team, Nottingham Forest. Scheduled for Saturday, July 19, at Chesterfield at the SMH Group Stadium at 4 p.m. (French time), this match will cap a week of intensive preparation on British pitches.
This will also be a first for the two clubs, who have never met before. Two-time winners of the European Champion Clubs’ Cup in 1979 and 1980, Nottingham Forest are coming off a successful season in the Premier League, having finished in 7th place, their best since the 1994-1995 season (3rd).
After their training camp in England, the Rock players will then play a friendly match against Arminia Bielefeld. (2. Bundesliga) which is celebrating its 120th anniversary this season, on July 26th at 3 p.m. The Rouge et Blanc will travel to Germany to the SchücoArena, for a new, unprecedented encounter, the two teams having never faced each other in the past.
