All times CET

17:37 – What a frantic finale that was! Bayern are champions, Union Berlin have qualified for the Champions League, Bayer Leverkusen took the Conference League spot, Schalke have been automatically relegated and Stuttgart are set for the relegation play-off.

For a full breakdown of the day’s results, go here.

17:28 – IT’S OVER! BAYERN MUNICH ARE CHAMPIONS!

17:27 – GOAL FOR DORTMUND! Niklas Süle has made it 2-2 deep into stoppage time but they need another and it’s probably too late.

17:26 – IT’S OVER IN KÖLN! It looks like Bayern have won the title, unless Dortmund can somehow score two goals in the dying seconds. It looks impossible.

17:26 – Leipzig have gone 4-2 up and Schalke appear to be going down, while Freiburg are now losing 2-1.

17:19 – BAYERN SCORE AGAIN! There has been another twist and it’s awful news for Dortmund. Jamal Musiala has put Bayern 2-1 up at Köln in the 89th minute, and they are about to win an 11th successive title!

17:14 – GOAL! Leipzig have gone 3-2 up against Schalke. Any hope of Schalke staying up looks to have gone, especially as Bochum have gone 3-0 up against Leverkusen.

17:13 – GOAL! There’s been a huge goal for Union Berlin as well, who are 1-0 up against Bremen and set to qualify for the Champions League for the first time in their history. Frankfurt have also made it 1-1 against Freiburg, which is even better news for Union.

17:11 – GOOOOOOAAAAALLLLLL! Köln equalise from the spot! As things stand, Dortmund will be champions!

17:10 – PENALTY FOR KÖLN! If they score and draw with Bayern, Dortmund win the title!

17:10 – GOAL! Stuttgart have equalised at home to Hoffenheim! They need to win if they’re to escape relegation.

17:07 – As things stand, Bayern are winning the title, Freiburg are qualifying for the Champions League, Leverkusen are getting the Conference League spot, Schalke are going straight down and Stuttgart will play the relegation play-off. Just over 10 minutes of normal time remaining.

17:05 – GOAL! It’s terrible news for Stuttgart, who have fallen 1-0 down at home to Hoffenheim. Hoffenheim weren’t mathematically safe from relegation before the game began, but this goal might have officially saved them and condemned Stuttgart to the relegation play-off spot.

17:03 – The sprinklers have malfunctioned at Köln and come on during the game with Bayern, with the referee having to momentarily stop proceedings. Is that a metaphor for something? We’ll find out in the next 20 minutes.

17:02 – GOAL! There’s been another goal in Wolfsburg as well, where relegated Hertha BSC have gone 2-1 up. It’s a big goal for Leverkusen, who will finish sixth and enter the Conference League as things stand, despite the fact they’re 2-0 down to Bochum.

17:00 – GOAL FOR DORTMUND! They need a miracle and they’ve got one back. Mainz had every man back in the box but Raphaël Guerreiro found some space and found the net, with the ball going in off the post. They still need two more goals, unless Köln can find an equaliser against Bayern.

16:58 – Gio Reyna and Julien Duranville have both been thrown on for Dortmund. Jude Bellingham – who isn’t fully fit – is still watching from the bench.

16:56 – We’ve got about 25 minutes to go everywhere and the goals have dried up in the second half. It’s now or never.

16:52 – Dortmund’s best hope might now be a favour from Köln, who are knocking on the door but still losing 1-0 to Bayern. If Bayern don’t win, Dortmund will win the league.

16:50 – Sebastien Haller has just gone agonisingly close to pulling a goal back for Dortmund, but they’re still 2-0 down and heading for heartbreak.

16:47 – GOAL! Hertha BSC are already relegated but they’ve just made it 1-1 away at Wolfsburg. That could be good news for Leverkusen, who are losing 2-0 to Bochum and looking likely to miss out on the Conference League spot to Wolfsburg on goal difference.

16:45 – A win for Union Berlin at home to Werder Bremen will see them qualify for the Champions League for the first time in their history, but it’s still 0-0 in the capital. Freiburg – who are 1-0 up away at Frankfurt – are finishing fourth as things stand.

16:42 – A reminder that Bayern have a superior goal difference, so they will win the title even if Dortmund come back to draw with Mainz. It’s still 1-0 to Bayern at Köln, with Dortmund 2-0 down at home to Mainz.

16:39 – GOAL! Over in Leipzig and Dortmund’s rivals Schalke have come from 2-0 down to make it 2-2 early in the second half. Schalke need to win if they’re to have any hope of surviving relegation, and they’re going not going down without a fight.

16:38 – Dortmund brought Marco Reus on for Karim Adeyemi just before half-time, and they’ve also introduced Youssoufa Moukoko for Marius Wolf at half-time. They’re 2-0 down and desperate times call for desperate measures.

16:35 – BACK UNDER WAY! The second halves are starting in the Bundesliga’s nine final day fixtures. Are we in for some second half drama? Let’s hope so.

16:22 – HALF-TIME! A chance to get your breath back. As things stand, Bayern Munich will be champions, Freiburg will finish fourth, Wolfsburg will take the Conference League place, Schalke are going straight down and Stuttgart will contest the relegation play-off.

16:19 – Augsburg’s day is going from bad to worse. They’re 2-0 down at Gladbach and now Robert Gumny has been sent off.

16:17 – GOAL DISALLOWED! There’s hope for Dortmund as Sané’s goal has been disallowed. Bayern are still just 1-0 up at Köln, but they will be champions as things stand.

16:15 – GOAL FOR BAYERN! Dortmund’s best hope of winning the title was looking like being a favour from Köln, but Leroy Sané has put Bayern 2-0 up at the RheinEnergieStadion. It is being checked by VAR for a possible handball though.

16:15 – GOAL! It’s a massive one in the race for Champions League football, with Freiburg going 1-0 up at Eintracht Frankfurt. As things stand they will leapfrog Union Berlin into fourth spot.

16:09 – GOAL! Gladbach have gone 2-0 up against Augsburg. Augsburg won’t be relegated as things stand, but this goal could motivate Stuttgart, who are a point behind them in the table and drawing 0-0 with Hoffenheim.

16:09 – We’re coming up to half-time and as things stand, Bayern Munich will be champions, Union Berlin will finish fourth, Wolfsburg will take the Conference League place, Schalke are going straight down and Stuttgart will contest the relegation play-off.

16:05 – GOAL! It’s a big goal at the bottom of the table as Bochum have gone 2-0 up against Leverkusen. As things stand Bochum will stay up and Leverkusen will miss out on Europe, with Wolfsburg taking the Conference League spot.

15:58 – There’s a glimmer of hope for Dortmund’s fierce rivals Schalke, who have pulled a goal back at Leipzig to make it 2-1. They need to win if they’re to pull off a great escape from relegation on the final day.

15:55 – DORTMUND ARE 2-0 DOWN! Good lord, what is going on at the Westfalenstadion? All they had to do was win to be champions but they’ve missed a penalty and now Dortmund are 2-0 down, with Karim Onisiwo scoring for Mainz. Bayern – who still lead 1-0 at Köln – are heading for an 11th consecutive title.

15:51 – Away from the title race, Schalke appear to be heading down to the second division with Leipzig going 2-0 up in that game, while Bochum are 1-0 up against 10-man Leverkusen.

15:49 – PENALTY MISSED BY DORTMUND! Just minutes after they fell behind, Donyell Malen was tripped in the box and after a VAR review a penalty was awarded. Sebastien Haller stepped up but it was saved by Mainz goalkeeper Finn Dahmen. Incredible drama!

15:46 – HUGE GOAL! Oh my God, Dortmund are 1-0 down. A corner came in and Andreas Hanche-Olsen got his head to it to give Mainz the lead. Bayern Munich still lead at Köln and will be champions if it stays like this.

15:43 – Elsewhere, Gladbach are 1-0 up against Augsburg, and Amine Adli has been sent off for Leverkusen at Bochum.

15:42 – GOAL! Konrad Laimer has given RB Leipzig the lead over relegation-threatened Schalke. As things stand, Schalke will be automatically relegated.

15:40 – GOAL! Jakub Kamiński has also given Wolfsburg the lead against relegated Hertha, which means they have moved above Leverkusen into the Conference League spot.

15:38 – GOAL! Bayern have made a perfect start in Köln, with Kingsley Coman firing them in front with a brilliant finish. As things stand Bayern will be champions, but there’s a long way to go.

15:35 – Donyell Malen has Dortmund’s first shot of the afternoon, but it just goes wide of the near post.

15:33 – The pre-match pyro at Dortmund’s Westfalenstadion is making it quite difficult to see what’s happening on the pitch at the moment. The atmosphere is always incredible at that stadium and today could be very special indeed.

15:30 – And we’re off in all nine matches across the country.

15:25 – Hello and welcome to our Bundesliga final day live blog. There’s everything at stake today with Dortmund and Bayern both in contention for the title, Union Berlin and Freiburg duking it out for the final Champions League spot, and Schalke, Bochum, Stuttgart, Augsburg and Hoffenheim all in potential relegation trouble.
