Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta confirmed the club will hold a training camp in Dubai during the mini winter break.
Premier League sides now have a small rest period before their next domestic matches.
The Gunners are heading off to the camp following a 0-0 draw in the league against Burnley on Sunday.
When asked if former club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would be with the squad for the camp, Arteta said: "We will see what the situation is."
Aubameyang has been out of favour at the club since being stripped of the captaincy earlier this season.
He has been linked with a number of clubs, including Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Hilal.
On the decision to train in Dubai, Arteta added: "We're going to go away, we're going to have a training camp all together in a different environment, reunite, refocus and let's have a good go because there's still a lot to play for."
