Arsenal will be aiming to keep their Premier League title hopes alive when they face Tottenham Hotspur on the road this afternoon.

The Gunners have secured back-to-back league wins since the surprise home defeat against Aston Villa.

They were dominant in the 5-0 victory over Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium and will chase another three points against Spurs.

Ahead of the derby clash, manager Mikel Arteta may have a fully fit squad with Jurrien Timber ‘very close‘ to a comeback.

Predicted Line-up:

David Raya has been Arsenal’s regular in goal since the September international break. He has kept 14 clean sheets and is currently two ahead of Everton’s Jordan Pickford in the Golden Glove race. The Spaniard is expected to continue between the sticks.

It could be the same backline from the Chelsea rout. Ben White has been in phenomenal form at right-back and scored his maiden brace in midweek. The Englishman has been brilliant with his overlapping runs since January.

William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are nailed-on starters in the heart of the defence. The duo have kept six successive clean sheets away from home in the league.

Takehiro Tomiyasu should get the nod over Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko at left-back after an assured display on Tuesday.

There will likely be a change in midfield with Jorginho replacing Thomas Partey in the number six role. Partey made his first league start since August against Chelsea and had a relatively good game. However, he was caught out in some defensive situations. Arteta may want more control with Jorginho.

The Italian will be partnered by Declan Rice. The Englishman played a part in two goals operating from the number eight position against Chelsea. He could have more defensive duties in the derby.

No changes are expected further forward. Leandro Trossard will continue on the left wing on the back of scoring his 15th goal of the campaign.

Bukayo Saka is an assured starter on the right flank. Martin Odegaard is similarly expected to start in the number 10 role.

The Norwegian star has been hugely consistent with his ability to create chances for his teammates in recent weeks. Kai Havertz will lead the attack after scoring a sublime brace against his former club.
