Arsenal winger Willian is happy with the support he is getting from manager Mikel Arteta.
Willian arrived from Chelsea in the summer on a free transfer and signed a three year deal.
Fans were expecting an instant impact, but he has only managed three assists in a below par season so far.
While he hopes his form will improve, Willian is not laying any blame at the door of manager Arteta.
Willian told the club's official matchday programme: "Of course we talk about lots of things together, and I know I have his support.
"That's great for me, and to have the support of the club, so what I can do is always work hard, give my best in training to try to improve myself.
"This is the only way to get back to good performances."
