Arsenal’s u23s lost 4-0 to Boreham Wood on Friday night after a poor performance that lacked cohesion.

In a game which saw Arsenal pose little attacking threat, the u23s were soundly and deservedly beaten by Boreham Wood at Meadow Park on Friday evening.

A distinct lack of cohesion and some odd tactical choices contributed to their woes, although it should be noted that this Boreham Wood side also beat Chelsea’s youngsters.

Arsenal’s youngsters have one remaining game of pre-season to play, against Slough Town on 10 August at Arbour Park.
