Arsenal are in advanced talks with Sporting Lisbon over a deal to sign Viktor Gyokeres this transfer window.
According to David Ornstein, a deal for the 27-year-old is ongoing as both clubs finalise a transfer fee. The Swedish international has agreed personal terms on a five-year-deal.
Gyokeres has been given permission by Sporting to delay his return from holiday, with Mikel Arteta wanting a swift resolution after Arsenal confirmed the signing of Martin Zubimendi today.
Chelsea have been monitoring the situation of Arsenal youngster Ethan Nwaneri, with the 18-year-old in talks over a new deal for the north Londoners, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Nwaneri has entered the final year of his current deal and is reported to want guaranteed game time, which has come into question with Arsenal showing interest in Blues forward Noni Madueke.
Elsewhere, the Manchester Evening News say that both Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish are to be made available for £40 by Manchester United and Manchester City respectably.
The pair are on hefty wages, so both clubs will be hoping to recoup money with their requested fees for both players.
Footmercato report that Barcelona are set to open talks with Manchester United over Rashford, with the Catalan giants hoping of a loan with an option to buy for the 27-year-old. The Spanish giants have turned to the England international after number one choice Nico Williams signed a new contract at Athletic Bilbao.
Burnley and Leeds are interested in signing USA international Josh Sargent from Norwich City this summer, Pick Un say.
The Canaries have already had a bid from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg which was below their £16m valuation of the 25-year-old and he has also interest from Serie A clubs.
Finally, the Sun say that Manchester United are set to make a move for free agent Dominic Calvert-Lewin after he left Everton last week following the expiration of his contract. Whilst the Mirror report that United have been told by Chelsea that they will need to bid £35m if they want to sign Christopher Nkunku this summer.
