Arsenal, Celtic and Manchester City are among those to qualify for the UEFA Women’s Champions League group stage, Juventus also through at the expense of PSG.

Holders Barcelona and fellow direct entrants Lyon, Bayern Munich and Chelsea enter Friday’s draw, which takes place at noon (UK time) with the first group games on 8 October.

Celtic made it safely through against Ukrainian opposition, Emma Lawton and Shannon McGregor with headers to add to the weekend’s 1-0 lead.

Hammarby overturned a 2-1 first-leg deficit away to Benfica with a stoppage-time Cathinka Tandberg decider, after Julie Blakstad’s opener.

Galatasaray came from behind to force extra time at Slavia Praha, where they went through 4-3 on aggregate.

Vålerenga still led Anderlecht 2-1 from the 1st leg until the last 15 minutes of the return, the Norwegian side then scoring three times to progress 5-1 on aggregate.

Arsenal overturned Hacken’s narrow first-leg lead by half time with goals from Lia Walti and Mariona Caldentey, making sure of their place in the group stage as Beth Mead and Frida Maanum also found the net.

Chloe Kelly took just two minutes to extend Manchester City’s 5-0 lead from last week, a Khadija Shaw double including a penalty giving them an 8-0 aggregate dismissal of Paris FC.

PSG are out too, beaten at home by Juventus on the night and 5-2 overall. Sofia Cantore and Barbara Bonansea scored past Mary Earps for Juve.

Real Madrid’s advantage over Sporting Lisbon was swiftly wiped out by Ana Carpeta but Sandie Toletti quickly replied and added a second towards the Spanish side’s progress.

Wolfsburg were 5-0 winners over Fiorentina on the night, 12-0 over all and with the Italian team reduced to ten players with a stoppage-time red card.
