Héctor Bellerín has been offered by Arsenal to Barcelona, reports Estadio Deportivo.

The Blaugrana were trying to sign César Azpilicueta from Chelsea this summer, but their pursuit of the 32-year-old ended when he signed a two-year contract extension with the club.

Arsenal are looking for ways to offload Héctor Bellerín this summer and they have offered the right-back to Barça as an alternative to Azpilicueta.

The 27-year-old spent the past season on loan at Real Betis and travelled to London earlier this week to find a way to terminate his contract that is set to expire in June 2023, as reported on Tuesday.

A Barcelona fan growing up, he came through the club’s youth system before joining Arsenal.

Just like Real Betis, Barcelona are also struggling to register their players for their upcoming La Liga campaign and both clubs may need to organise their finances before they can make a move for Bellerín.
