Arsenal and Norway midfielder Martin Odegaard came off at half time during his team's World Cup qualifier against Gibraltar on Wednesday.

Odegaard was suffering pain in his ankle after rolling it during the first 45 minutes.

Norway's coach Stale Slobakken, however, played down fears that Odegaard may be out for a sustained period.

"I have a big hope that Martin will be fit for the game against Turkey on Saturday. Not a serious injury," Solbakken told reporters.

The attacking midfielder, who is on loan at Arsenal from Real Madrid since January, could be available for Norway's next game against Turkey.
