Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos admits Real Madrid are in control of his future.

The Spaniard is on-loan with the Gunners this season, where he is a key part of manager Mikel Arteta's team. Ceballos extended his stay from last season, where he helped the Gunners win the FA Cup during his 12 month deal.

The midfielder admits his future is in Real Madrid's hands - though isn't ruling anything out.

He told Mundo Deportivo via TMW: "If I will return to Real? Who knows?

"Madrid are the masters of my future for the next three years, and not only will I decide.

"But it will also depend on the manager and the president (at Real Madrid)."

At Real Madrid, Ceballos is contracted to 2023, with his loan deal at Arsenal running to the end of this season. At Real, he spent two years before making the move to London in 2019.

This term, Ceballos has managed 16 appearances, with just the one assist.

The midfielder played in yesterday's North London derby, losing 2-0 to Tottenham. Ceballos was thrown on by manager Mikel Arteta at halftime with his team already two goals down.
