Arsenal manager Arteta denies Lacazette future in doubt

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta says that striker Alexandre Lacazette is fully involved this season.

The Frenchman has not played as much as fans have expected so far this season.

However, Arteta puts that down to fitness and tactics, as he believes that he can count on Lacazette throughout this term.

The forward is coming to the end of his contract, and can leave on a free transfer next summer.

Asked if Lacazette's future was in doubt, Arteta told reporters: "No, he's fully involved.

"You give the reasons why he hasn't played more minutes and he will be back to the form that he can achieve.

"I am sure that he will be instrumental in our success."
