Arsenal re-took the lead after half-hour thanks to a great goal from Bukayo Saka and the Gunners extended their lead early in the second half when Gabriel Martinelli finished from just outside the box.

It was an afternoon of stunning goals at Vicarage Road, and Arteta even managed to play his part in Arsenal’s third of the game.

When the ball went out for an Arsenal throw-in, Arteta left his technical area and quickly threw the ball to Saka.

With his manager in his ear, Saka immediately resumed play and Martinelli had the ball in the back of Watford’s net moments later following a superb Arsenal team move.

What a strike.
